Rebar: This has got to be one of my favorite cookbooks. This cook book leaves plenty of room for your imagination based on the recipes from a famous vegetarian restauraunt in Vancouver, BC.

How to cook everything vegetarian: This book was my Fathers Day gift from my wife and daughter. Mark Bittman has answered many vegetarian cooking questions that have left me searching, researching, and experimenting in the past to figure out. I would only use the recipes as guide lines and ideas, but its definitely full of ideas, and great techniques.
